Financial Settings

Set the default currency and manage VAT options used across POs and invoices.

These values are applied to new worker leave balances.
Used to reset leave allowances each year.
You cannot remove VAT rates currently used by any PO or invoice.

System Settings

Configure system-wide behavior and retention policies.

Number of audit log entries to keep (100-999). Oldest entries are deleted when limit is exceeded.
If the current cost is above the 3-month average by less than this value, it is marked yellow.
If the current cost is above the 3-month average by this value or more, it is marked red.
Threshold changes save immediately when you leave the field.
